Readings, assignments and deadlines are all on my calendar. This semester’s going to be interesting…I’m just looking forward to the end and viewing all the distinctions on my results slip and it shall happen!

The concept of APR201 is ridiculous. What’s the use of reflecting on the roles and responsibilities of a teacher when you yourself don’t get to teach? Instead, you reflect based on how others teach. Thankfully, my CTs were kind enough to let me try out some of my lessons and get some exposure to teaching.

Things, in general, were pretty decent and encouraging. I’m glad I’ve made an impact in most of my students and mainly in the Drama curriculum. I thank God for this opportunity and I understand what it means by, never despising youth and time. Youths may be inexperienced but with the power of the Holy Spirit, things can get done! I consider myself a youth when it comes to the teaching profession.

Now, it’s time to take on the role of a student once again. It’s goodbye Mr. Wong and hello to Joshua or Han Xian and the National Institute of Education. All the best to my students in 1E1 and 3E3 if you all are reading this. Pursue your dreams and excel in all that you do! I won’t be seeing you all for the next two years but always remember that there’s always someone praying for all of you = )
